Club House Rental Information

Who can rent the club house.

You must be a WWSC associate member to rent the club house.  Check here for membership information.

How much does it cost.

The cost for rental is $900/night.  There is also a required $250 reservation/security deposit, payable at time application is submitted, which is refundable. 

When is it available.

To find out what dates are available you must contact the WWSC Booking Agent, Don Velding at wwscrental@aol.com.  Please include your name, mail address, phone #, email address, best time to contact you, and the date(s) you are interested in.

How many people will it hold.

The main club house room can be set up to accommodate up to 300 people.  To see what it looks like all set up, click here.

Is rental limited to the main room or does it include the shotgun area also?

Rental includes both the main room and the shotgun room, which is normally converted to the Bar service area.

Who sets up the room?

Tables and chairs will be set up by the club.

Is use of the kitchen included?

Use of kitchen is free for "staging" however there are additional charges for full kitchen use, dishwasher use, and beer dispenser.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is allowed inside the building. However tables and ashtrays are provided outside on the deck.

General Rental Requirements

1. All caterer's must be approved by the banquet committee.

2. Food and drink are allowed, including alcoholic beverages. Liability is renter’s responsibility.

3. The $250 Reservation/Security deposit is due with the application in order to reserve event date and applicant must be a current member.

4. Reservation/Security deposit must be received 90 days before rental.

5. Cancellation notice must be given 60 days before rental date or deposit will be forfeited.
